Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 50 Send Message	Can anyone please enlighten on these names? I have Thomas Fisher b. 1798 in Bushey nr Watford. He had at least 2 sons with, I think, the above; Thomas and William 1821, 1826. She must have died before his second marriage, to Charlotte Andrews, in 1831.

Hi Chris Ho That is so, so interesting. The family story has always been that my maternal ancestors were Romanies. I've looked at lots of traveller sites without success. I haven't come across the one you quote. Thomas Fisher and Charlotte had Sarah who married David King then William Wells. The later were my great grandparents. My mother remembers going out with her grandfather, ie W. Wells, mending cane chairs. I've printed off your info for further perusal. Thanks. JEC
