City of London Cemetery and Crematorium at Aldersbrook Manor Park E12 5DQ

Burial records for this cemetery have just started to be indexed and are free to search so far it is only from June 1856 to March 1859.

When you search the GRO to place an order you now get the mother's maiden name between 1837 and 1915.
Very useful if you have a census entry but can't locate the marriage or if there is more than one possible spouse for the groom.

I found this whilst researching:

This website contains a list of policemen who were received a humane society award, with a brief description of the incident and those involved.

The dates involved range from the 1840's onwards until 1890's.
