Exporting file - problem

Can anybody advise .... I requesed a download on the 20th December and it showed as Pending - I have e mailed

[email protected]

3 times now and I am getting no response - and it is still showing as Pending.

Anybody else having similar problems - I am reluctant to update further till i get a backup copy downloaded :-(

This does happen from time to time and you just have to wait for support to fix it.

As the 20th was a Saturday it is unlikely anyone was about until today.

I suppose patience is a virtue.....

As an update - I have received an acknowledgement of my E Mail as below:

Dec 23 10.24 AM

Dear Robert

Thank you for your e mail.

We are sorry for the delay in responding to you.

We have passed this issue onto our tree expert for further investigation.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

................. I am still however waiting maybe the expert is away celebrating Christmas :-(

This is the same message I got after contacting Support about identical problem on 16 Dec - and I am still waiting for something to happen.
