Hello all,
Am I right in thinking a birth in dec qua 1928 mean a birth sept - dec 1928 .

The birth was *registered* during Oct, Nov or Dec.

The birth has to be registered within 6 weeks. Therefore the child could have been born as early as the last couple of weeks of August.
