Hi, I have given access to my tree, but the other person cannot view the pictures, what am I doing wrong please?

I suspect you need to alter the viewing permissions in your keepsafe.

Thanks Kense I have changed options to "my contacts" and will see how that goes.

Seems to be working much better, a couple of items did not come up but I sent those separately.

I'm glad it worked. I haven't actually sent photos via the tree, but did have the problem referring to a Keepsafe ohoto in a post.
