probate help please

I have found this probate for Thomas leaving everything tio his wife Hannah.
Does this mean he had died or is this a copy of his wll before death. I cannot find a death record cica 1750

Probate can be sometime after a death .try widening his death years before the probate

daughter born 1747 in Fleet Street
