Muriel

What did you want to know?

Information on anyone with that name from Cheshire??

Someone with the name born at a certain time, in a particular town/village

Connection with you?

Has a member any connection with the name?

If the latter ................ you have to do the search yourself, the vast majority of GR members don't really look on here, and free members can't post or contact you.

Got to Search at the top right

Click on Search All Member Trees

Enter a name

If any possible contacts are shown, you have to contact the individual tree owners by sending them a message

but PLEASE do not send them a message such as the one here or say "open your tree to me".

Most of us do not reply to such messages

Give them a brief explanation of why you are contacting them, why you think you might be connected, etc

then wait, patiently, to see if they reply

But please, do remember that anyone who tries to help you on the Boards is a member just like yourself, and we are not mind readers ........... we need much more information than you have given.
