Genes has automatically renewed my account which I don't want and I can't find where to send them a message to cancel it. Has anyone any advice please ? |

I have always had the auto renewal clicked on but GR has never automatically renewed my sub without informing me by email a couple of weeks in advance telling me that my sub is about to expire and they will renew it for a certain amount unless they hear from me first. |
