You have a tree on here?

Top of your screen hover over Family Tree. Then click Export Gedcom. You will receive a .ged file attached to a GR email.

But if you really meant "make a .ged from scratch"(??). Well..You can. But not without a full understanding of how the file is built. A .ged is a text file with very specific formatting of each line.

In brief, Gedcom is a special type of file format which is used primarily to transfer data from one family tree program to another. Files are recognised by the extension suffix .ged

Rather than go into specific details at this point, could you please let us know what exactly you wish to accomplish and someone will be happy to advise accordingly?
