	Not sure if this has been posted before but using the following site, you can search the Irish BDM indexes for Births over 100 years ago, marriages over 75 years and deaths over 50 years. Its free and you can view and download the original entries as PDFs. The Indexes to the Civil Records of Irish Births, Deaths and Marriages date from 1864 with non-Roman Catholic Marriages recorded from 1845. https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ UPDATE: not all images for the above are available. These are: The years covered by the release of the historic records of Births, Marriages and Deaths are: Births: 1864 to 1915 Marriages: 1882* to 1940 Deaths: 1891* to 1965 The General Register Office are currently working on updating further records of Marriages dating back to 1845 and Deaths dating back to 1864.These will be included in future updates to the records available on the website. You can use this to find images of the above for Northern Ireland until 1920, which is cheaper than using the GRONI site which doesn't allow you to download the images.
