How to save G.R tree onto a memory stick

I have forgotten how to save my tree incase the pc breaks down
I use family tree 2014 as well

You don't need to save the genes tree it will have access from any pc

If you leave genes then you can create a gedcom and transfer a copy of it

This link tells you how to download a copy of your tree as a gedcom. You should then be able to open it with your family tree maker. The original remains on GR.

If you want it specifically on a memory stick, once its downloaded just 'save as' and select the destination.
