Note that the 1871 census for Eliza's parents has the entry:
WACKETT Georgiana Dau - F 4 Lincolnshire - Caistor

I can't find any suitable birth in Caistor 1865-1869 no georgeiana's nor unnamed female. I son't think the birth was rego'ed - there was no penaly for not rego'ing pre-1875.

Since Georgiana is 50 y younger than Betsey, "dau" is highly unlikely. I believe it should br "grand-dau", and that Georgiana is Eliza's kid.

I don't know what the situation was before a law was passed in the 1870s or 1880s, but the new law said that if a child's parents were unmarried, and free to marry each other when the child was born, and they subsequently married each other, then the child became legitimate from the date of the marriage (or the enactment of the law - whichever came later).

=====================================================

EDIT

I've just found Georgiana in 1881, and she's given as Grand Daughter, so I guess the situation's now resolved - I edited my Eliz's folks post to give the 1881 details.
