I have just put down this book I am reading on and off. It is called The Strange Case of the Disappearing Thread by Mal Funktion.. I shall let you know how I get on as right now it is an irritating book with no rhyme or reason to it ;-) <3

Mersey can you ask Phil to merge this thread with the original or it is going to get a bit confusing. Or copy and paste it into the original.

The last book I read was about The Confession of Katherine Howard written by Suzannah Dunn.
If you enjoy history then this may be for you. What I enjoyed was was the insight into how manipulative people worked. The love story is both moving and believable, I felt at times that I was living in the Tudor world.

Haven't started on a new book yet.

I am still investigating the cause of its disappearance.

I've discovered an author called Sophie Hannah whose characters are so real that I miss them when I finish reading the book.

Hope your thread comes back, Mersey - but if not then this one will take off I'm sure :-)
