My rats and M.

You remember how the cat so loved me that he brought me three rats?

I have told you about M, who spends his life doing DIY for people and exaggerates everything or makes things up (Eastern Europeans living in the electricity sub- station).

Today a friend rang us. She lives in a rest home and wanted OH to take her somewhere tonight. I suggested he should bring her here for a cup of tea before they went. She was a bit reticent when she agreed.

When she came in she remarked that it was a nice house, as if quite taken by surprise.

It turned out that M (Gobsalt!) had told her that he had never seen as many rats as I had had behind my sofa and that the cat had brought some in but they must have bred. OH and I would not be there after Fred died because we would be kicked out.

How lucky that everybody knows how he operates.

IKEA sell toy rats at a good price :-D
I'd sprinkle them around if M was due to visit....

I remember killing a rat in my ma in laws prefab.

she took it to the council, in a bag and dumped it on the counter saying

"NOW do you believe me, we've got rats?"
