Happy St George's Day to you too Ann and to everyone. The flag is flying high in the village Community Centre and there is a meal with brass band concert later in evening.

Local primary school invited the children to wear red and white today, to remember the colours of the cross of St George.

I've been out and about today, but only noticed one special flag flying to honour the day.

Really strange but the church just across the road from where Mum lives had the flag flying at the beginning of the week but it has disappeared today.
