I have a number of old copies of the above magazine and copies of various local history society magazines, e.g. Cockney Ancestor, Devon Family Historian, Essex Family Historian. If these would be useful to anyone I would post on payment of postage or free for collection in Solihull, West Midlands.

Hi Pamela, welcome to the boards.

Many local libraries have family history groups, so if you don't get anyone interested in your magazines, your local library may be interested. The address is (although you probably know this):-

The Core Library
Homer Road
Solihull
B91 3RG

I cleared out a mountain on Freecycle. Two sisters were thrilled with them as they were just starting out. (I did warn them that they would become addicted!)

I've got loads that my mum subscribed to, for Suffolk, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Thank you for the ideas :-D
