Duncan Lou (DL) the 2 Legged Boxer Dog! <3

I saw this wonderful dog featured in a television programme this afternoon.

This amazing dog was born with 2 deformed back legs that had to be amputated.
He was taken on by Amanda Giese of Panda Paws Rescue who already had a houseful of rescued dogs.

He will not have a long life, but he's enjoying every moment! :-\

Glad he's enjoying life even though it may be short. It's the quality that counts.

Our pup isn't happy today Jem, she's very quiet.

We were watching the TV last night when she flew at the patio doors. She was barking and growling. She isn't a dog that barks and we've never heard her growl before. Patio door was shut and roller blinds down and curtains closed. We thought someone or something was on our patio so when she ran to the door to get out OH opened the door. He expected her to run across the patio but she ran to the gate and looked out. OH went to the gate and there in the road was her kitten pal (about 10 months old) from next door. He was dead, the dog next door was also going mad so they both heard something that disturbed them. He had been hit by a car and died instantly by the look of it. No obvious injuries.

She'll miss him, he grew up with next door's dog and thought he was a dog. Even followed behind the dog when she was taken for a walk. He came here nearly every day to play with our dog.

Poor Brownie. <3

Oh that is such sad news Pat!

Animals have an amazing sense when something is wrong. Pup will miss her little friend.

I hope she will be ok soon Pat <3

My daughter's young cat was killed by a car a little while ago.
Also her beautiful Ginger Maine Coon tom cat died, following a battle to save him after he was hit by a car, about 2 years ago.

It's very sad! <3
