The AA has a special text number for the deaf - I have used it in the past quite successfully - but they changed it without warning! There must be many like me who have it in their mobile phones just in case (I am too deaf to speak on phones) - so please any of you like this or with deaf friends tell them that the new number is 0786 002 7999. I was stuck in what seemed outer space with a bad puncture not realising my message hadn't got through, eventually texted daughter who got through to them for me. |
