I am trying to trace a Robert A Shields b 1930 in Bethnal Green.Mother was
Louisa Shields ( née Kennedy b1906) He had an elder sister Eileen L F Shields.
After leaving Bethnal Green they lived in Chingford.I was told he was believed to be living on the south coast somewhere.He is a cousin of my wife.Thanks

looks like he and his wife were living in Bexhill to 2011 having lived there for 25 years

sadly both dont show after then

The property hasn't been listed as Sold for many a year. As long as it isn't a housing association or council property, it possible that a letter sent to them might be forwarded. Put your own address on the reverse to ensure its returned if 'Not Known'.

there was a birth, probably two, to the marriage

find his 1954 marriage here

and then search for births with his and his wife's surnames

there are one in Essex SW and one in Epping

there are marriages for both names in Harlow in the 1980s
