Need help to read a note

There is a note added at the side of a census entry I'm interested in, but its not clear. I have an idea what it says but would like some help.

The record is


Robert Armstrong 1861 census born Ireland abt 1825 now living in Wigan

it seems to be a note about where the household should have been in the census book

...., this ... shd have ... followed ? ... page 20 ( initials )

the ...s are because the image doesn 't show the far left side of the page

the household is number 82 and it has been added on page 21 after household 86, it should have been on the page before after household 81

if you look at the page before there is a note under household 81 that says

... No. 82 see page 21 ( initials )

and then there is a household with a smudged out number ... I see, it is 87 ... that says it should have followed household 86 at p. 21.

they got the two households backwards. :-)

Researching:
the 'Walking Madonna' at Salisbury Cathedral ... if genes members find your family do thank them by name on the Success Stories board !

That's what I figured. I initially thought it would be something really interesting, then i realised it wasn't. I was just hoping someone would come up with the really interesting option again !!!!!!
