no the george hindmarch on my tree married a hannah lidderdale in 1816 then married an elizabeth harrison 1821

he would have only been 14 when he married if born 1802

thats all i know but i could be wrong because the only info i can find is his marriage to hannah lidderdale on google

there is this birth in the area you mention

i think george's father was an edward but a story was handed down that he was reputed son of the duke of atholl
