lily clarke was born 1908 july8th,at green gate kelsal in suffork,her farther was called james and worked on the railways they lived in a house by the railway.james was married to rose (peake)great grandfarthers name was jasper.i think she had brothers&sisters but have know names.she was sent to london at early age and went into service,ther she met alfred stanley joy a waiter,they married june 30th 1932 in paddington reg office,son of john joy.thenshe went on to marry arther henry akers june6th 1935 at brentford reg office.her third marriage was to eric percy pickering at harrow reg office 1960 i am the daughter off the marriage and would like to find out more about the family and if any knows lilys clarks family i would love to hear from you. iam also looking for any details on the clarke family living in diss norfork and kelsale suffork in 1800 |
