Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	My name is Joan and i'm trying to find information about my late father Alfred Smart.He died when i was just three years old in 1943. In London, He was 33 years old.I have no memories of my father,and just a few photo's of him. I always felt i was upsetting my mother when i asked questions about him, so i stopped. My daughter took me to the house that he was born,last year.Everyone was very frindly but no one could remember him.He was born in Blackberry Place Cefnpennar Mountain Ash Wales,in 1910. His parents may have come from Bedminister.They were called Stephen Smart and Sarah Smart.My mother did think that he came from a big family,so perhaps i have some aunts or uncles out there,who could feel me in on what he was like and any stories. I know its a long shot, especially after all these years, but i feel its worth a try. yours hopefully Joan.
