AHERN. Trying to find information and possibly other family members. I was born in Hull, East Yorkshire to Nancie (nee Sproxton) and Patrick Edward Ahern in October 1945. My father was an officer in the merchant navy when he married my mother. I never knew my father as my parents seperated when I was 9 months old. I know that he is now dead (he had lived in the Surrey area) but wondered if anyone could tell me anything about him. He was born in Listowel, Southern Ireland and had a sister named Moira, who I believe worked at Guy's Hospital in London. Margaret Rayson (nee Ahern) |
