Looking for members of the Bamford family with roots in Radcliffe Lancashire. We have an unusual first name in this family that has been passed down through the generations in the female line. The name is UNA, the first person I know of who had this name was Lily-Una, my great-grandmother and as far as I know my eldest daughter is the 5th generation to have this name (she is Heather-Una and I am Alison-Una) I have the bible that Lily-Una was given and in it her address is Fleet in Hants?. I know that there are relatives in the Liverpool and Dorset area. |
