John Barrow married
Jane Ann Potts....1895....John was my grandmothers brother.
Margaret Barrow..married
John Markham 1891.
then....
1925
Ethel Barrow married
Frank W Markham.
I thought it was hard enough without this..What a pickle

Is Ethel Barrow the daughter of John Barrow & Jane Ann Potts? And is Frank W. Markham the son of John Markham & Margaret Barrow? And are John & Margaret Barrow siblings? If so, you have first cousins marrying. No big deal! It happened all the time.

Sorry I am not good at this especially this family.

To find out who these people were, and if they were related, you would have to buy their marriage certificate to find their fathers names.

Even then you really need their birth certificates to find out their mothers names to know, 100%, if related.

a Hilda that died as a baby born 1913
als a Mary 1912,

Do you have the 1911 census, Christine, to see if Ethel Barrow is the daughter of John Barrow & Jane Ann Potts and if Frank W. Markham is the son of John Markham & Margaret Barrow?

I really think its them,I have been searching for Barrows in Durham for A Long time...Found a poss one in Leeds.When I searched John and Jane last night I saw they had had many children...The first Hilda died and they named another child a few years later Hilda!! .
But now to see 2 Barrows Marry 2 different Markhams..and of course I know it goes on, But when you are me trying to do this its just too hard,
Maybe some of the family did move to Leicester..it would answer why I could not find them in Durham
