BELIEVED TO BE BORN IN JAMAICA & RESIDENT IN UK SINCE MID 1960. LAST KNOWN RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS IN MIDDLESEX. HE WORKED FOR HARRODS DURING MID 1960s & EARLY 1970s.
