Margaret Anne Brown born in Maidenhead to Elinor who died in 1945 three of her four children were then placed in a childrens home. Margaret Burt and Leslie Margaret was adopted by Elsie and John Known as Jack Pilley in 1948. In 1954 Jack Pilley was found dead in His shop in Weynmouth. Elsie later emergated to Burbanks California USA Burt Lives with his family in Salsbury The Oldest Son Mark stayed with the father. Leslie we would like to find but know little about him other than he went to a childrens home in Tinkleton Nr Weynmouth which has long since closed. Any news from Leslie or Elsie and Jacks family would be great. |
