I have been researching the Burdett side of my family tree, my Great Grandmother's name was Anastasia Christiana Burdett(1889) and she was born in New Marske, North Yorkshire, as were her siblings, Sarah(1871), John(1873), Edith(1875), Charles(1877), Roseanna(1879), Hilda(1880), Walter(1888), Menilla(1892) and Ada(1895). Her father John(1849) (ironstone miner) was born in Brigstock, Northants and her mother Mary(1853) was born in Whitby, Yorks. Anastasia's uncle Frederick Burdett(1847) and his wife Mary(1846) were born in Halifax but lived near manchester (Swinton), their children were Elizabeth(1870), William(1872), Kate(1877), Annie(1878), Mary(1880), others only known by initials- F.H.(1884), E(1886) and L(1891), Burdett.
