Hi There. I am looking to trace any members of the Colton Family. Peter Colton was my late husband. His Father was Maurice James, and he had a brother called Fred. They were born in the Bovey Tracey area of Dartmoor Devon. Peter was born in Exeter where he lived all his live. All I know is that the family moved down from the Scotland area and lived in the Plymouth/Dartmoor areas of Devon. If anyone has any info please can they let me know. One more thing I know that one of my late Father-in-laws Uncles changed the spelling and added a u in to the name, and another moved to the states. |
