Iam researching my Corner family tree. My grandmother was Helen or Ellen Corner born 1904 Chorley, married Harold Green 1924.Her father was Joseph Corner born 1881,[ mother Jane Blackburn born 1881] .1881 Census living 43 Townley Street, Chorley. His father my g g grandfather was Thomas Corner born abt 1844/5. Married Ellen Mitton and had the following children Elizabeth , Mary, Ada, Jane, Ernest, Joseph, Helena, Ellen, Thomas and John. On the 1901 census living at 2 Cuerden Street, Chorley, Lancs. Would love to hear from you if you are connected to this family. Regards Gill Woodroofe Green |
