My Grandmother, Florence May Cree later married John Shackley and lived in Palmersville,near Newcastle-upon-Tyne. They had 4 children. I know nothing about the Shackley family at all. Florence Cree had a sister, I think and a brother David(?) who lived in Thirsk, North Yorks with his wife and 2 sons - Terry and Paul(?). They owned/ran the local petrol station until the late 1980's. As most of my family are deceased I have very little information and would welcome any details at all.
