Hi - I am trying to find an Edith Darby who was a witness at my husband's grandparents' wedding in Dover on 26 December 1901. Grandparents names were Samuel Wallace Darby and Annie Webb. Sam and Annie had one son (Albert Wallace) born 1902. Annie remarried in about 1911 and was shown at that time as being a widow but we have been unable to find out what happened to Sam. |
