Trying to find Davenport

My Grandfather was John Davenport. He was born in approximately 1860 in either Birmingham or Coventry. He had two children by his first marriage (Maud and Evelyn - Evelyn got married and moved to New Zealand) He then married my grandmother (Ada Simcox) and had three sons - Frederick, Ronald (later married to Vera and had one son -Neil) and John Eric (my father) My father married my mother (Dorothy Bedder) in 1941 and I was born in 1943 -my sister Lynda in 1945. My father worked at the Humber Factory pretty well all his life. He died in 1986. We lived in Wyken and Stoke in Coventry. I am trying to trace any Davenport Relatives. Pauline Edwards. |
