Hi my name is Deborah Davies I am looking for my Dad George Doyle. He was or is still from the Liverpool area He met my Mum Joan Davies in 1967/68 in a pub Called The Standard she lived in the Halewood area and he used to drink in the Gregson Well in West Derby Road. He lived above a betting office in West Derby Road off Broam terrace. He had a small son called either Mark or Martin, he would be around 38 years of age. Iam not 100% about the names and he may have had two sons. I was born 1968 and I have only seen him once when I was about 4 he gave me a small brown leather patchwork purse with £1 note in. I havent seen him since. My mum moved away and was in another relationship when he visited me. my mum eventualy abandoned me when i was about 6 and i went into care till i was 18. I would so love to find George Doyle I have two beautifull sons who have no granparents and I, too, have no Family. I am 35 and I was born in 13/03/68 I was only told his name a year ago from my mum Joan Davies (has given me permission too use her name). I dont have much contact with her and its all the information she has. He possibly used to work as a Builder or laborer. If any one can help I would be so gratfull. My Mum is now about 64 so he would be around 67 0r 68 now. Thankyou for listening Deborah.
