I Edward William Eagle was born in Avondale Auckland 27th June 1946 to Parents , Henry Edgar and Ellen Gertrude Eagle (Nee Furse). Both of my Parents were born in Otaki in Wellington. My father was the son of the Late William Henry (young bill) and Emma Eagle (Nee Allen). My Grandparents on My Fathers side lived up the Mungones on a Farm owned by the Richmonds. On my mothers side my Grandparents were Bakers and delivered the daily bread to the surrounding areas. On ,my Fathers side our Great Grandparents were John and Elizabeth Eagle (Nee Cornford) our relatives Great Great Grandmother was Fanny Cornford whom originally lived in Makara Wellington. We have strret names named after our family members, such as Cornford Street and Eagle Street in Wellington (Karori). Anyone who can add or relate to our family can make contact if you so wish. |
