Trying to find Fitzsimmons

I am looking for the ancestors of William Fitzsimmons, who was born in Ireland around 1880, came to England around 1900, and married Helen Louisa Fitzsimmons (Nellie) in 1904 in Brixton. He and she set up an underwear factory, I think in Islington, and later moved to Reading, where he died of tuberculosis Feb 12th 1933. He is said to be a black sheep, but it's all very hush hush. I was told he was called William McDougall Fitzsimmons. but that doesn't appear on the marriage certificate. His father was called James Fitzsimmons, and he died, I presume in Ireland, in or before 1904. It's not much to go on, but I'm hoping somebody can help. |
