Trying to find information on John Webster Fraser (my father) born in South Shields 17 May 1909. Think he had a brother Robert (Bob) last heard of living in Doncaster, a sister Ann (or Anne) living in South Shields, and another sister Maggie (Margaret?). Ann was married to 'Billy' Hope and they had sons John and Arthur and I think a daughter, Jean. Seem to think John Webster's family were originally from Arbroath - not too sure. John Webster married Mary Ruckledge and I am one of their two children (my brother, Michael, was adopted by them). Any information would be really helpful as I don't know where else to start! |
