Trying to find Greaves

Can you help me. I think I have a brother and two sisters who I have never met and I am trying to find them. I was born in December 1946 and I was adopted shortly after birth but when I was born I was called Gwendoline Ann Greaves. When I was adopted my name changed to Carol Daisley. I know from my original birth certificate that my parents names were Clara Elizabeth Joyce Greaves (Maiden name Jarvis) and Frederick Greaves and that they were at that time living in Delfzul Road, Canvey Island Essex. I know I definitely have one sister Valerie May Greaves who was born in Ilford on 12 November 1948. At the time my parents were living in Alfred Gardens Barking Essex. I found this information from Valerie's birth certificate and it appears that Valerie was not adopted, but I don't know where she is now. Are you her or do you know her. If so please get in touch. As for my other sister and brother I have still not got any details. I thought I had found them but not yet. I have since found out that my mother Clara was married before to William Spraggs so my brother and other sister who are older than me may have the surname Spraggs. If you know of anyone who was born to Clara and Frederick Greaves (or Clara and William Spraggs) onwards from 1942 - whether they were adopted or not, please let me know or ask them to get in touch with me through this site. I know this is not much to go on but if you think you can help I would love to hear from you.
