Find Ancestors

Can anyone help me? I am trying to find birth details on Ellen Rose ( my husbands grandmother). I have found details on her parents marriage : Mother Rose Ellen Squire.
Father Henry Lance. they married 1,4,1902.
I have details of Ellen Rose, . marrying Arthur Leonard Hughes.
Ellen Rose known as Nell,had 4 brothers, and3 sisters.

Her parents were: Rose Ellen Lance + Daniel Haggerty,
they married 1/4/1902 and lived at 27 Beaumont Rd Leyton.

Ellen Rose Haggerty ( Known as Nell / Nellie ) went onto marry Arthur Leonard Hughes,

that marriage was registered at West Ham. they lived in Billet Road Walthamstow until Nell died in 1958/9.

Arthur went onto remarry.
