I have a John Hindle from Blackburn born c1723. In his will he described himself as a "Gentleman". He died in 1809. His address at death was Lower House, Sharples, Bolton.
His son was Thomas Hindle, Cotton Manufacturer, born about 1750, died in 1805 also of Sharples.
His daughter Jane Hindle born 1755 died 1826. Jane married John Heald, Staymaker of Chorley in1780.
I don't know if any of these might be yours but as Accrington is close to Bolton, Blackburn and Chorley I've given you this info just in case.
Cheers
Graham

As for "any Hindle from Accrington " ... are you serious?.

Rebecca Hindle

Hello my Grandad and Grandma were from Accrington they were called John and Nora Hindle. They lived on the main road just down from the Church where they are buried with another Hindle family member. Oh and they used to have a farm and then a post office before I was born of course.
They lived in Bacup and moved to Accrington.
And they had son my dad called Neil.

Hope this helps though may not be the one your looking for.

Rebecca, since Sharman didn't come back to the thread, she may not be reading replies and you might want to try contacting her by clicking on her name and sending a private message. If she has a current email address at this site, she will get a notice.

Meanwhile, if you'd like help with your own ancestry, you can start a thread. Just read the post pinned at the top of the board about how to use this board, then click "Add reply", and click "My threads" over on the left to return to your thread any time and read replies.
