Does anyone know who were the antecedents of Isaac Alsop b.1797 Ashover, who married Rebecca, lived in Walton near Chesterfield, and had children Isaac, Elizabeth, Mary(my gggrandmother) and Samuel. He was buried age 74 on 1 July 1870 at St Thomas, Brampton after an inquest.

BVRI is British Vital Records Index, a set of cd's that I purchased many years ago. They are extracted from parish records so quite reliable.
FHL I believe is Family History Library. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong)
FHL is found on Familysearch here:

I'm not sure but I think that BVRI might be online now, possibly here:

They are both provided by LDS Church. (Mormons)
