My Great Great Grandfather was Edward Ruben King, born around 1867 in India. His father was Thomas who was a commissioned officer who I presume was based in India for a time as all of his children were born there. Edward married Mary Jane Walker, his 1st cousin and ended up in Middlesbrough where he died in 1911. I am trying to get more information about Edward and his father and mother. I have come to a complete standstill as I cannot find his parents in any of the census's, presumably because them were in India. However, even prior to that I cannot track them down. Any links or help would be appreciated. |
