My ancestors name was something like kirsher,he was an austrian Jew, married to a scottish Lady who`s maiden name was Campbell-Rose, and they lived in England. They had to change their surname during the war, as it sounded too German, making their lives hell. Hence our name was changed to Kitcher! |
