Trying to find names of parents of one Arthur Laurence Langton, born 1920 Rochford, South End, Essex, and his sister, Marion. Also, Arthur was married twice, the second time to my grandmother. First marriage is a bit foggy, but the divorce took a while to come through and may have been a sensitive issue. Would like to contact the children from that marriage, known to be Anne, who married Bill, lived in Pett's Wood but no children, and Laurie (brother) who lived with a woman who herself had previoulsy been married with 3 kids, and had 1 of their own. Know it's a bit muddled, but does this ring a bell with anyone? UPDATE: Arthur's father was Laurence Langton, a coal merchant, and mother was Eva Vatcher. Lived in St Anne's Road, Southend... |
