Hello, I came onto the Genes connected website just by chance. I filled in my parents and grandparent details. My grandmother on my mothers side was called Dorothy Ledgard. I believe she was born in Bradford in or around the 1920's. After I had added her details. I noticed there was another Dorothy Ledgard listed as being born in Bradford in 1917. I thought this could be a coincidence, or, could it be that someone else has registered my grandmother with her correct birthday(mine was only a rough estimation). My grandmother died in the 1990's, my mother Christine has also passed away and I have no contact with my father. Therefore, if there are any Ledgards out there who were related to my grandmother and know any small details about family history, then please get in touch. My email address is [email protected]. Regards, Jodie |
