He was a gardener who lived in sandal magna near wakefield. Just in case anyones tree ties into mine: His son was Joseph Link (also a gardener) who was born about 1831 sandal magna. Joseph married Margaret Norris of sessay Their son was Henry Link born 1860 wakefield. He married Clara Holmes of birstall Their son was Percy Link born 1888 Batley. He married Elsie Senior and died in the first world war
