Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	My mother is interested in hearing from any-one living in the Manchester region with the sur-name LOWE.Her father,HAROLD ARCHIBALD LOWE moved from Manchester to Stirling Scotland.This was probably in the 1940s.My mother June remembers visiting Manchester in the 1960s.Unfortunately Harry died about 21 years ago.
