Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am trying to find information relating to my grandfathers half brothers James & Thomas Luter born in 1891 and 1894. They lived in Square row VARTEG, Monmouthshire in 1891-1920 and also at SWISS cottage Varteg. There brother was called Len Cecil luter and there fathers name was James . Also the name of there Mother was Elizabeth from Hanley castle HEREFORD
