Hi! Since there are so few Marringtons, it ought to be relatively easy to track down distant relatives ! My father, James Henry Marrington was born in Bethnal Green in 1913, to Florence and Frederick. He had one sister, also Florence, born in about 1910.There was also an older brother Fred who died young. My paternal grandfather died in about 1921, after which, I believe , contact with their extended family was minimal. Apart from my dad, I only knew his sister, but given the typically large families in the East End, there must have been aunts, uncles and cousins. I would love to have more info. about the "Bethnal Green Marringtons" |
